1. How long are shipping times?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location:
- United States & Canada: 7-10 business days
- UK, Australia, Singapore, UAE, Hong Kong, Philippines, Taiwan: 10-20 business days
- All other countries: 15-30 business days
We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
2. What's your return policy?
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Just tell us what went wrong, send along a photo, and we'll give you your money back in full. No need to ship anything back!
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you have not yet received your package. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. If you cancel but still receive the package, please feel free to keep, donate, or recycle it.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there's an issue with your order — wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not what you expected — simply notify us and we'll give you a full refund. You won't be asked to ship the product back to us.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if you didn't receive exactly what you expected, just contact us and we'll issue a full refund so you can reorder the correct item.
