Eligibility Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We'll make it right — no hassle.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement Email us at support@lookwhoswagging.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo or video showing the issue
We'll respond within 1-2 business days with a resolution.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
Replacements We'll ship a replacement at no cost for damaged or defective items.
No Return Shipping Required In most cases, you do not need to send the item back. We'll advise you on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Eligible Items
- Change of mind after 30 days of delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Sale items (unless defective)
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate immediately. Please note international orders may experience delays due to customs clearance beyond our control.
